the Site include connecting lead buyers with consumers so that the agents can
provide additional information such as quotes for insurance policies and can
contract with consumers for those policies.

1.0.Information
We Collect
There are two types of information we may collect:
“Personally identifiable information” (PII) and non-personally identifiable

to provide the most compatible referrals to you, we may also collect the name
of your associated insurance agency/company, the phone number of that
businesses, the address (including zip code), licensing number, and the list of
states in which your business and you are licensed to offer insurance products
and services. All information should be provided complete and accurate.
When you open an account with us, you will be able to log-in
to your account. We will ask you at registration to enter your email address
and create a password. We will collect your log-in and password information.
Non-PII: Non-PII is information that identifies your
computer and its navigational patterns through the services provided by this
Site (but not a specific user). We may automatically collect Non-PII when you
visit the Site, through the use of a variety of tools including cookies (small
text files that are stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes and
which contain information about that user’s computer), or other available
analysis or collection technologies. This type of information can include

conduct surveys, research and evaluations; (f) troubleshoot and resolve
disputes and customer service inquiries; (g) gather demographic data (h) collecting

b. Cookies: Cookies are small bits of code, usually
stored on a user's computer hard drive, which enable a website to

in order to create a profile of an agent utilizing the Site.
f. Third Parties:
We may provide your information, including your PII to other
affiliated companies, and with other trusted vendors and business partners.
Some business partners include companies who provide business services to us or
on our behalf, such as to, authorize your credit card and to process payments, monitor
Services activity, help to maintain our database of agents, and administer
e-mails, surveys or other communications we send in furtherance of our business
relationship with you.
g. Opt-Out: If you decide that you are no longer
interested in receiving SMS or email communications from us, you may follow the
instructions in our SMS or emails to unsubscribe from our email list or by

As to communications from our vendors, affiliated companies, and business
partners, please follow the instructions to opt-out in those entities’

you may still receive transactional-type communications, including email, from

to manage and protect our information technology infrastructure and
security. We may also disclose your information for any other purpose
with your consent. We may share your information with third party service providers
or who perform functions for us such as credit card processing companies, e-mail
service providers and database hosting companies. We may share non-PII at any

3.0.Unsubscribe,
Opt Out or Revoke
You may revoke
consent at any time for any use of PII collected from you under this Privacy
Policy. However, we may maintain your PI to service your account with us
and for transactional matters, including those relating to your account with
us. To revoke consent, indicate by emailing us at support@lead-squad.com . We
will remove your PII from our internal programs and further communication from Lead-Squad.com
will cease, except for administrative and transactional matters.

Occasionally,
at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on
our Site.. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy

Storage and Security
We will retain PII, including user
location information, only as long as our business needs require. We will then

information is a serious issue and we are committed to protecting the
information we receive from you. We use commercially reasonable security

under our control. Our Sites are scanned on a regular basis for security
